session price update 2.1.24

On February 1st, I raised my session prices.
When I first launched my business in 2020, I was still establishing myself as a coach and tarot reader. My prices were very low and I even offered "tip me what you can" sessions to gain experience. I was super new and learning so much.
Jump to 2023 when I intentionally chose to take a step back from being super present and available for services. I had gained confidence in my value as a service provider, but there were things in my life that took precedent. So i was once again able to offer them at lower, more accessible rates with a more limited schedule.
This year in 2024, I have big big goals and my focus is set on In Bloom's expansion more than ever! In order to that I have to scale, including the pricing of my sessions. Like I always have, I will continue to offer multiple levels of access with my work. I want to have more intentional offerings that are free to access via my website, Instagram, and on more platforms! I have plans to venture into more long form video content and tools like tarot guides for beginners at a lower price point this year. In order to do that, I need money fund it - Like everything and everyone else, let's just be real here.
One of my main priorities as a business owner is transparency, so I knew that a pricing update required advance notice and explanation. i sent an email to all of my clients on January 18th, 2024.
It should come as no surprise, inflation is raising prices on everything. That includes all the tools, platforms, subscriptions and supplies l utilize to run my business. I do this completely on my own, so yes when my expenses nearly double in four years...it's a tough pill to swallow. I have known for some time that something has got to give. I need to adjust what I charge for sessions so that In Bloom can continue to grow!

Four years ago, I really struggled when it came to things like pricing but at this point I know the high value I bring to each client. Just check out my reviews and see for yourself.
